Regular service
- Collected before 10.00 am will be returned same day before 19.00 pm
- Collected after 10.00 am will be returned next day until 19.00 pm
Express service
- Items required within 6 hours are subject to 50% additional charge (should be delivered before 6.00 pm).
- Items required within 4 hours are subject to 100 % additional charge (should be delivered before 8.00pm).
Pressing service (please allow 3 hours)
- Pressing service available 8.00 am- 22.00 pm
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Claims for damaged or lost articles are limited to five times the cost of the cleaning charge.
Notice: Unless itemized list accompanies bundle our count must be accepted as correct. Any claims must be made within 24 hours.
The hotel is not responsible for jewelry or other articles of value sent with the laundry bundle. The hotel shall not be responsible for shrinkage, fastness of color or any further loss or damage howsoever arising.
All prices are inclusive of tax and service charge.
